“Passover – a fest of deliverance”

On the last Passover Holiday (April 25, 2019) our team from the Return to Zion Ministry in cooperation with the Beit Sar Shalom Ministry organized an event for new immigrants on the theme: “Passover – a fest of deliverance”. About 50 people joined the festive event. The Passover theme was closely related to Yeshua. Many new immigrants heard for the first time about the tradition and symbols of the Passover fest. For a better understanding a PowerPoint was shown with elements in Hebrew, which were easy understandable and interestingly told about the connection between Passover and Yeshua and about the meaning of Passover in our modern time. The participants actively participated in the discussions.
Seven people even joined the service the following Shabbat. One family of them that immigrated to Israel only 5 days earlier asked for a bible. Our elders had some good and deep conversation with them after the service on Shabbat.
One lady was deeply touched by the word of the Lord during the Shabbat service and wanted to ask her husband to join her next time.
We believe that for people who have recently arrived in the country, it is very important to understand the deep meaning of the feasts of the Lord and to know about the images they conceal.
