This past Friday we had a wonderful Shabbat dinner for the families in Shavei Tzion congregation. The parents and children gathered together to welcome the Shabbat together. In addition to the meal a completion was held, parents vs. children. Questions were asked of each group, questions of topics the kids learned about in Shabbat school. They were each challenged on their knowledge and memory on stories from the Bible and New testament.
Its was so much fun and a blessing to be together as one big family!
