A Shabbat meeting or Kabbalath Shabbat (in Hebrew) is a special and dedicated time. Usually at such a moment the family, the closest people are gathering around a table.
This time we had big tables prepared for a gala dinner for a more extended family – the members of Return to Zion congregation in Haifa.
Not everyone was able to attend, but those who came enjoyed a blessed time of fellowship and learned about various aspects of community life — the doors of God’s house were open to all.
