On June 21 for the visitors of our “Aleph-Club” and other new immigrants an educational trip has been organized on historical sites of Israel.
The first capital of Israel, Shiloh the archaeological monument did not leave anyone indifferent. On that place one could enjoy a panoramic view of the Israeli nature, touch ancient ruins and, using augmented technological reality see the history of the rise and fall of the ancient kingdom, get acquainted with the stories of Hannah and the prophet Samuel.
The next stop was Beit-El, the very place where the forefather Jacob saw an incredible vision from the Lord — the stairs and the angels going up and coming down on it. Towards the end of the journey, we went to the present capital of Israel, Jerusalem, but not to the usual places for tourist routes, but to the ancient excavations of the tomb of Samuel. Throughout the trip, the guide willingly shared with the listeners the facts of biblical history and their unique relationship with the modern realities of our country.
